For after hours emergency services call 770-996-HELP Clayton Center serves individuals with developmental disabilities through the Developmental Services Support Team, Community Support Services and Residential Treatment. The Developmental Services Support Team is a multi-disciplinary team comprised of licensed and para-professional staff. This team serves consumers and families with developmental disabilities through psychiatric and nursing assessment and care, individual and family counseling, and behavior support. This Team also provides financial assistance that support consumers living in community settings through Family Support and Natural Supports. Community Support Services offers Day Habilitation, Day Supports and Supported Employment to consumers with developmental disabilities. The objective of this program is to help consumers achieve independence through organizational and community-based supported employment. Integrated Support Services is a program that strives to provide consumers with community involvement and opportunities. Clayton Center also provides Residential Treatment for consumers with developmental disabilities in 6 licensed personal care homes. Clayton Center also provides Residential Supports to consumers and families through In-Home Supports and Supported Living Services. Reynolds' Respite Home is an additional supportive service for families of consumers with developmental disabilities. Babies Can't Wait, Clayton Center's Early Intervention Program, serves children from birth to three years old who are at risk for a developmental disability. Primary interventions include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language therapy. |
