For after hours emergency services call 770-996-HELP Clayton Center serves children and adolescents with mental health and addictive disease issues through Outpatient and Day Services. Outpatient Services include individual, family and group counseling. Medication Management is provided through psychiatric and nursing assessment and care. Community Support Team and Individual serves children and their families in their natural environments to build skills and link consumers with resources that will help them be successful in the community. Clayton Center's day program for children and adolescents with severe emotional disturbance, includes Day Treatment, Day Support, and Activity Therapy. Clayton Center also offers Day Treatment for adolescents with addictive disease issues. All day programs are offered outside of school hours. Adolescent Day Treatment is also offered on Saturdays. Clayton Center is offering a new program for adolescents and their parents called Parenting with Love and Limits. This program is designed as an intervention for adolescents who are involved or at risk of becoming involved in the juvenile justice system. |
