Information in your
Personnel File
Some examples of the types of information gathered and held by
Clayton Center may include your name, Social Security number, date of birth,
home address, home phone number, dependent names ages and Social Security
numbers, contact details, qualifications, work history, skills, resume and
salary/benefit information.
We also require
fingerprinting, criminal background checks, and initial or random drug screens
in some cases.
If you choose not to provide particular information, you may be refused initial
or continued employment.
