Developmental Support Services
Developmental Support Services Team is the first point of contact for all consumers, age three and above, requesting MR/DD services. Information and referral/linkage to community resources, intake, diagnostic assessment and individualized program planning, crisis intervention, behavioral support services, family support services, family training/counseling, individual counseling, psychological evaluation, nursing assessment, physician assessment, and professional training are primary services provided by this team. Services are provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours appointments are available under extenuating circumstances. Private pay fees are based upon the consumer’s income and family size. Medicaid, Medicare and Peach State are accepted, and some private insurance is accepted with prior approval. State grant-in-aid dollars support these services. Services are provided at 7146 Southlake Parkway, Morrow, GA 30260. |
