For after hours emergency services call 770-996-HELP Clayton Center offers services to adults with Mental Health and Addictive Disease issues through Residential, Day and Outpatient Programs. Outpatient services include Intake and Assessment and Counseling. Medication Management is provided through psychiatric and nursing assessment and care. Community Support Team and Individual serves consumers in the community by linking them with resources and building independent living skills. Clayton Center's Adult Day Services offers treatment to consumers with severe and persistent mental illness through two programs -- Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Peer Supports. Clayton Center also offers day and evening treatment for consumers with addictive disease issues through Addictive Disease Day Services. Clayton Center provides Residential Treatment for consumers with severe and persistent mental illness through four licensed personal care homes and 14 semi-independent living apartments. The focus of residential treatment is developing independent living skills to transition into more independent living environments. My Brother's Keeper and My Sister's Keeper provide residential treatment for 48 consumers with addictive disease issues. |
