Who uses this program?

  • Adults, Children and Adolescents suffering from mental disorders, addictive diseases and intellectual disabilities.

 

What does this program do?

  • We provide medications, education, assessment  and/or referrals to other services within the Clayton Center or the community if indicated.

 

What services are available?

  • We offer diagnostic assessments and medication management provided by a Board Certified Psychiatrist. He or she will refer to other services as indicated. Nursing assessments are provided by a Registered Nurse.

 

When are services provided?

  • Medication Management services are offered daily Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm

 

Where are services provided?

  • Services are offered at all of Clayton Center locations except the Administration Bldg.

 

What is the intended goal of this program?

  • To obtain stability in order for individuals to function well in the community

 

How are services structured (group setting, 1:1, in home, etc)?
