Who uses this program?
- Adults, Children and Adolescents suffering from mental disorders, addictive diseases and intellectual disabilities.
What does this program do?
- We provide medications, education, assessment and/or referrals to other services within the Clayton Center or the community if indicated.
What services are available?
- We offer diagnostic assessments and medication management provided by a Board Certified Psychiatrist. He or she will refer to other services as indicated. Nursing assessments are provided by a Registered Nurse.
When are services provided?
- Medication Management services are offered daily Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm
Where are services provided?
- Services are offered at all of Clayton Center locations except the Administration Bldg.
What is the intended goal of this program?
- To obtain stability in order for individuals to function well in the community
How are services structured (group setting, 1:1, in home, etc)?
