Locations

Clayton Center offers Physician and Nursing services at five sites within Clayton County for the treatment of mood and thought disorders. Assistance with obtaining medications, education for living a healthy lifestyle and connecting with community supports is provided on an individual basis as well as with families and in group settings.

Battle Creek

Comprehensive programs for adults with Mental Health issues and/or Addictive Diseases.

Bradford Williams

Comprehensive programs for persons with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities, and infants who are at risk for developmental problems.

Community Support Services - (C.S.S.)

 

Services include interventions in the areas of social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development and may include training in areas such as daily living skills, communication, mobility, reduction of maladaptive behaviors, and use of community resources.

 

Flint River

Services for children & adolescents having emotional and/or behavioral issues.

Slate Road

Comprehensive programs for adults with Mental Health issues and/or Addictive Diseases.
